Scott Jurchisin has focused his career on helping others. His litigation success gives people and businesses real results against large companies. Over the last three years at a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm, he fought for the medically injured and their families to get them compensation for their losses. Scott continues his dedication to others in his litigation role at Christensen Law Office PLLC as a business law, construction law, intellectual property, and real estate litigator.
Prior to his tenure with Christensen Law Office PLLC, he clerked for the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and at a business litigation firm.
Scott believes in mentoring others in advocacy and teaching the next generation skills that will serve them for a lifetime. He is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Mock Trial Advisory Committee—a program he participated in as a high school student. He also coaches high school and law school mock trial programs. Scott has won numerous awards for his trial skills in mock trial and moot court programs throughout college and law school, including being a quarterfinalist in a national mock trial competition in 2016, and winning a national moot court competition and award for best brief in 2015. In law school, he was a CALI award recipient, earned Dean’s List honors, and served on the executive committee of Volume 42 of the Mitchell Hamline Law Review.
Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, and tinkering with the next home improvement project.
