Jill A. Brisbois Jill brings to Christensen Law Office PLLC a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from working in many roles in the criminal defense field. Jill has worked as an attorney for the 10th District Public Defender’s Office since 2005. Additionally, Jill served as a certified student attorney for that same office and as a law clerk for a private criminal defense firm. Jill has handled a wide variety of cases ranging from major violent felonies to minor traffic cases. Her experience includes defending individuals charged with homicide, sexual, physical, and domestic assault, no contact order and order for protection violations, theft and related offenses, drug offenses, DWI, criminal vehicular operation, disorderly conduct, obstructing the legal process, and city ordinance violations. Jill has successfully litigated numerous jury and court trials, contested omnibus issues, and probation violations. Jill received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 2000. Jill enjoys spending time with family, playing volleyball, running with her Husky dog, "The Dude," reading, and curling as a member of the St. Paul Curling Club. |
